Unipetrol RPA Increases Registered Capital

On 26 September UNIPETROL RPA, s.r.o. increased, by way of an entry made in the Companies Register, its registered capital from its own funds, from CZK 200,000 up to CZK 11,147,964,000 (that is, by CZK 11,147,764,000). The increase was funded from so-called “Statutory Reserve Fund/Indivisible Fund”.

Prague, 26.09.07 - The registered capital of the wound up company Chemopetrol amounted to CZK 10,846,764,000 as of 31 July 2007. The registered capital of the wound up company Unipetrol Rafinérie amounted to CZK 301,000,000 as of 31 July 2007. The registered capital of both of the wound up companies was transferred to the Reserve Fund, which was then used to fund the registered capital increase.

On 1 August 2007, the companies CHEMOPETROL, UNIPETROL RAFINÉRIE, and UNIPETROL RPA merged into a single company named UNIPETROL RPA. The entire assets, rights and liabilities were transferred from the wound up companies to the successor company Unipetrol RPA.
